We are a made-from-scratch, small-town bakery, servicing the Babbitt and Ely area for 6 years now. We hand-form all of our bread dough and bake everything fresh every week. We make everything from yeast breads and sourdoughs to cookies and muffins.
Joe and Kristen have been baking since 2009. We have worked at a few different bakeries, including production bakeries before we decided to start up our own. Now we spend our summers baking along with our day jobs; we spend many hours working in house to provide a wonderful variety of baked goods for you every week.
